It has to pass the Senate first though so time will tell. Still waiting for a town hall in my area! Will make the calls in the morning and probably get answering machines to talk at! I feel like if they implement these cuts they will be revisiting this soon. My sister was in a nursing facility in Idaho when the state legislature decided not to continue with Medicaid. The aides and supplies that were funded by the program stopped immediately along with payments to the facility. It was at that point I figured out that my sister was one of the few patients who was private pay. The situation was so dire that the state had to reverse their decision relatively quickly.
