While he sold his father's lucrative real estate business at a loss. And, with his usual business acumen, he believes he'll make a fortune luring tourists to the most dangerous area of the Middle East where they have yet to succeed in establishing a permanent cease fire. Not to mention, almost 2 million are hoping to return to their ancient homeland.
