My assumption is you'll keep on that train on your next reply. If that's the case then I won't continue this nondialogue. Note the projected savings of the two different approaches in the second link. One saves significantly more. Neither involve the current nightmare of the reality that millions of Americans can't access health care because of cost and administration.
