So-called "law-abiding" gun owners unload some of their excess lethal weapons in the parking lot, or even at a table in the show, claiming that they are not a regular dealer in guns. Supposedly, Nevada passed a law in November, 2016 requiring background checks for private sales, but apparently has yet to enforce it.
