5. I was a Realtor for 13 years..good times and some lean times and met people from all over the country

And some very interesting out of country buyers. I learned quickly that I had to wear many hats because each buyer or seller had their own set of circumstances so I had to know about state, local and county laws, mortgage requirements, environmental regulations. I had resources that I could rely on with titles, loans and zoning because it’s impossible to know everything! I learned a lot about people and my one thing that made my life easier was to make sure I was working with qualified buyers and motivated sellers..no one wants to spend time and marketing dollars spinning wheels.
