You can easily find anyone's profile given their screen name by going to your "My DU" tab and then click on the "Find a Member" button. From the person's profile you can send him or her a DU mail.

In case you are in a hurry and don't have time to wait for a fancier or more official reply. I've never been a MIRT member or contacted any MIRT member for any MIRT-related issue. Just something I read a long time ago.
