The ellipses are Italian: (the way *I* heard it)
"Mme faccia 'nu fridd', mo tengo 'nu famm',
Mme faccia 'nu fridd', no tengo 'mu dann'."
[where "fridd'" is pronounced "freed" and is dialect for "freddo," or cold. Rough translation:"I'm freezing, I'm hungry, I'm freezing, I dont have my long johns (mutante)"]
