Plumbers really like Toto.

You won't find them at big box store. Mostly plumbing supply houses. The plumbing supply houses like toto because you can't find them at big box stores. Which is not necessarily a good thing for the consumer. For instance, a couple plumbing supply houses I know refuse to offer Kohler since Kohler started selling through Home Depot and the like.
