2. Salmon wraps

normally I don't make dinner during the week, but I've been home sick today. Doing better but low energy still. Anyway, I mix whipped cream cheese with canned salmon (minus bones & skin) and dill, spread on a tortilla, topped with chopped vegetables. Tonight it's shredded carrot, and thin slices of cucumber, radish and tomato.
