Looking for suggestions please [View all]

I have suffered with chronic anxiety/depression since a terrible accident I suffered years ago. I have been fortunate in seeing a good doctor that understands me and he is now considering retirement. I do fairly well with the meds I am on, 10 mg Lexapro twice daily and 200 mg trazodone at night to help sleep.

The suggestions I am looking for are in the best way forward in finding a new doctor if it comes to that and any meds that may be better than what i am taking. Both are fairly limited in helping anxiety.
