I'm posting this here bc It's a chronic issue. TMJ. 32k uninsured for mouth rebuild. Acceptance of the horror of it all.
Just so tired and worn out. Personal data was hacked in two businesses I deal with. I put fraud alert with crefit agencies. Keep waiting for bad news I'll have to deal with. Have 2 ID monitoring companies. Got an alert about mail delivery. Said credit bureau updated my address.
Now worried i left splint mouth guards in too long. Want eveything to go smoothly for TMJ tx to proceed its so expensive. So stressed. I have GAD too. I left them in my mouth while getting finances together. Thousands gone poof! I sometimes feel I can't handle all of this. Got a 2nd opinion and he said my dentist is not overcharging or doing anything out of order. There is no dental school nearby or kinda nearby.
The only upside is its not cancer. AFAIK, I don't have cancer. So worn out
