2. Data, models, theories, predictions. The outcomes are usually worse.

The world is going to meet climate goals, every country? I'm not finding the solution. Scientists know what they believe should be done, but we all know mankind won't meet those goals. Something unexpected, like excess cloud cover, might help. Depopulation might help. Could hot weather slow everyone down to a crawl?
