A Florida man was arrested at an auto-parts store in Georgia after he was heard barking like a dog for more than an hour.
According to an incident report obtained by Law&Crime from the Forsyth Police Department, the owner of an Advanced Auto Parts store in Forsyth called police to report a white male who had been at the store for over an hour and was barking like a dog. When officers arrived and confronted the man, who was identified as 29-year-old Jonathan Navas, they asked him what was going on. He responded that he had no idea that he was causing any issues, the incident report says.
Forsyth police officers asked Navas for some identification, and he told them that his drivers license was in his car in the parking lot outside. Navas was then escorted out of the store.
Upon arriving at Navas car, officers say they spotted a clear baggie containing syringes on the passenger seat, one of which was filled with a clear substance. A search of the car commenced, which also resulted in the recovery of another baggie. This one contained a clear crystal substance, according to the incident report. A field test conducted by the officers revealed that the substance was methamphetamine. ...............(more)
