Organized public displays, and parties mixing households, are banned in England and Wales; not sure about elsewhere in the UK. However, families with gardens or any outside spaces can still have Bonfire Night, and certainly there've been quite a few fireworks in my neighbourhood; probably more than usual because the public displays aren't happening.
