Biden will arrive in Madison at Truax Field at about 11:35 a.m. central time before departing for LIUNA Training Center in DeForest, where his remarks are scheduled to begin at about 1 p.m. central time.
During his speech, the president is expected to promote his economic plan and, the White House says, how it is "creating good-paying union jobs" and "delivering real results for the American people."
Biden will head back to Truax Field later in the afternoon and depart back to Joint Base Andrews at about 5:05 p.m. central time.
The president's appearance in DeForest will happen less than 24 hours after he delivered the State of the Union address in front of a vocal and divided Congress Tuesday night, and is the first visit from a sitting president in the Madison area since Barack Obama made one last pitch to voters on the eve of the 2012 presidential election.
