indicates that people are taking this seriously (and also recognize the actions as illegal?)

I think it's clearly illegal (for whatever that's worth) - and I'm very interested in what other players (individuals or organizations) were involved in initiating, prompting, or promoting her actions. It seems clear there were more 'hands' involved here?
