In my vast experience, when porn was printed, i.e., Penthouse, Playboy, Huslter, etc., it was pretty clear what was inside and at some point the publishers put a warning or a cover on the magazines.

When porn evolved to videotapes and then DVDs, the boxes had a warning label on them as well as the infamous XXX "rating."

On the internet, some porn comes with an adults-only disclaimer but most doesn't. How do you put a "label" on a streamed video? I guess I could put a warning label on my laptop. How will the State of Utah enforce content that comes from outside their state's borders and probably from overseas? Or will they simply go after the local internet providers? That would be a ridiculous action!

With all of the other real problems in Utah, our country and the world, it's amazingly stupid that the Utah Legislature could spend their time, energy and money on something so frivolous as porn.
