with their nice paper ballots with their own deposit boxes. Why does any state think it should be different? If you are a logical thinker, there is no other answer than the spectre of vagueness outside our control that needs to be maintained by the states that use voting machines or other devices of manipulation.

Those OR voting parties were fun.
