I'll concede that WV is one of the worst states in the whole country for their overall devotion to Trump, more extreme than Montana, but Manchin could still learn some lessons from Tester!

I think it's far more likely for Manchin to
lose his Democratic voters in WV, rather than gaining them among Republicans.
