Wisconsin welcomed Foxconn with all sorts of generosity from the public purse because they expected a $10 billion investment in their state.That didn't work out so well for them.

Since Kansas is such a Republican state, they shouldn't be surprised if people start asking them about their"you've got to pass the bill before you get to see the prize" behavior. Show us the fact based evidence before we are expected to give away the farm to strangers.
