This is the modern age, all those pitfalls can be worked through and solved.
Long lines should not be happening in this day and ages.

Right now, its the voters who are on shifts, not sure how that's better.

People will still want to show up mostly when they show up now, except the process will be more organized and voters won't have to lose loads of time, possibly costing them money, to vote. The "cost" monetary or otherwise to vote is just too high right now. When you got someone like Trump people will pay this price, but other elections, they may not.

Making this price high, time, distance, money is part of voter suppression.

Of course, voting from home should be able to be done with things like biometric identification.

People that vote in person would be helped if voting is made easier.
