I looked on the web and it says


Worked for Jack in the Box. As someone already mentioned it has the vegatable protein. This comes already packed into the taco when we get a shipment of the tacos. After cooking the taco/protein in oil we put in two slices of American cheese (the two slices really just equal one slice, they're cut into two triangles), a small handful of shredded iceburg lettuce (exact same lettuce that goes on sandwiches like the Jumbo Jack), then a drizzle of our salsa.

Also called Texturized Vegetable Protein, or TVP. It absorbs fat and spices and has a texture much like ground beef.
