There are counties which do have this information on-line. I was sending out general info the entire state. It's a very quick way to find out whether or not you're in the database. If you should be and aren't, then you need to resolve it at your county clerk's office unless you live in DuPage County. DuPage is the only county in the state with an independent county-wide electoral board. One would need to go to the Election Commission to resolve not being in the database.
