That's not necessary, being pregnant works well enough. I mean, what? They have to specify because she might be pregnant with their...Toaster? Or their born child? In which case she would be previously pregnant.

Aside from calling a 5 month fetus, repeatedly, an unborn child, the redundency is jarring.

Grumble, grumble

Back to the story, poor woman.
