Sunday night update (910p): Severe storms have ended in area but rain lingers. [View all]
Combined with downpours from earlier, some area streams flooding prompting flood warnings until late tonight (see map below). Don't attempt to cross a flooded road in your car. Turn around. Don't drown.
Also, about 20k in Northern Virginia are without power.
