11. Democratic Party leaders need to be banging the drum loud and hard

The House has been absent since late September. There are no negotiations ongoing, and the Dems are standing united to try and prevent a 30% on average increase to ACA premiums. The Republicans could solve this in a second if they would just negotiate something....or if they changed the rules in the Senate to allow a 50 vote passage of legislation. Also, what's his face (I hate to say his name) is in Asia this week, along with much of his Cabinet. There won't be any discussions while he's gone.

Oh, and Adelita Grijalva STILL hasn't been sworn in. I wonder why?
