It doesn't actually include the deadline for discovery - just the process for setting a deadline. I read all that, and more, last night before I decided I didn't need to spend more time looking for it.
Later in the docket they agreed to a standard discovery order. One was entered but the dates were set by reverencing events, and I didn't feel like searching the other documents and counting days. They apparently slso disagreed as to what a crucial term meant (in a way that would have changed the relevant deadline).
