have to be physically to be safe from Trump, how many assets he might be able to keep (Texas might not be as Elon-friendly in the future, other states might not want him, and he's persona non grata in Canada and South Africa despite having triple citizenship). And I'd bet he's also wondering if Putin, whom he's been close to but who does have assassins who can strike outside Russia, would side with Trump.
