and the rabid bunny inside him knows that only martial law is gonna save his ass.

He wrongly assumed being in the White House was the lifeboat that would take him to safety. He was wrong and he sees that now. Gonna hide behind the military people he has long disparaged and screws over when they are out of the service and need healthcare.

Screw him & the delusions he relies on.
