Sugar and ultra-processed foods, when eaten in excess, worsen your health and increase medical costs. If you are on SNAP, you are almost certainly getting your health-care subsidized. Healthier population, besides improving peoples lives in general, reduce health care costs.

Personally, I'd keep the same amount of food stamps but, ADD a certain amount for soda, ice cream, chips ..

Products with unhealthy amounts of sugar are bad for everybody, particularly children. It isn't "shaking

In Fla SNAP is paid once a month to your food stamp card, you can spend it whenever you want
