47. One of the simple basics

is resentment, betrayal, powerlessness. Then they get attracted to rage/outrage outlets rather than against what is responsible. However, a disappointing Party or political icon can make them leave Church forever. I was just remembering a nice normal couple who left the Church because the priest didn't get to bless their house. And my father who was not allowed a Church wedding to my Baptist while a rich couple's mixed marriage was. My grandmother especially was livid and disillusioned, but I guess we don't have the same reaction as a good chunk of the decent population.

OK I'll slip it in. Don't take loyalty of the better half of the population for granted. REALLY serve the public, the law and real economic and constitutional supports. Get the truth out. Then maybe we won't be so unnecessarily divided and playing the few percent game.

My low tolerance extends mostly to businesses caught defrauding or food poisoning people. Goodbye trust- forever, fair or not.
