Between that and his adoption of maga.
I believe at one point he made comments to the effect that all countries run by "the bleck" (Leathal Weapon 2) were shithole countries.

You can then extrapolate that he was cleansing the USA because we had elected a non-white male to be President, twice..

It seemed to fit in my demented mind...
