When does it then become OK to call for his removal by any means necessary - up to and including the ultimate penalty?

If he orders shots to be fired AT CITIZENS by authorizing rules of engagement on US soil against US citizens, then in my mind he is no longer upholding his oath of office, and is no longer entilted to the rights, privileges or guarantees of said office including blanket protection from threats. Hell...just tell Noem that he is a misbehaving puppy and let HER handle it, she might just get off on it.
