Trump is just one guy. Like all autocrats, he needs bureaucrats, administrators, and other functionaries to turn his rants into policy and action. It's those "back room" MAGA who who give him power - and if we can stop them, we might save our democracy.

That is why we have begin a new project on Substack: we're calling out the behind-the-scenes apparatchiks in the Trump Administration and the MAGA movement - the working level functionaries and collaborators who are just as responsible as all the big names.

(Note: we eschew all lawbreaking and violence. You should too. Otherwise, we are no better than Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, or any of the other thugs who MAGA types crush on. "Kill the Body" - our Substack's name - is an old adage and a metaphor, not a call to violence. We name and shame only, and with public info. If you want to break the law, be violent, or dox people, we don't want your readership!)

We kicked off this project a whopping six weeks ago, so we're only 7 long-form posts old, but we intend to keep naming and shaming Trump's worker bees, holding them accountable for the destruction they are helping to cause.
