Carroll One (filed 2019, tried second) produced the $83.3 million verdict, upheld by the Second Circuit, with Trump's appeal to the Supreme Court expected any day. Trump has posted a $92 million bond to stay enforcement on that one. His appeal was purely about evidentiary rulings: whether the Access Hollywood tape and testimony from two other accusers should have been admitted.
