Supreme Court Makes SHOCK MOVE on MASSIVE CASE - Legal AF
A shadow docket order by Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito on Monday restored nationwide access to the abortion drug mifepristone by mail. If that's a sentence you weren't expecting to hear, there are a few other key facts you should know: The order, known as an administrative stay, only holds for seven days, after which the Supreme Court will decide the fate of mail-in access to a drug used in roughly two-thirds of U.S. abortions.
