So called “supremecy clause immunity” is a real thing and both CBP/ICE are “law enforcement” whether LAF is comfortable with it or not.

They’re closer to correct at about the 9:30 mark. This is primarily a PR move to get “FAFO” out there and associated with ICE misbehavior.

Which is a good enough reason…
