A new 210 day clock starts for a new Acting if there’s no confirmed nominee.

He can run DoJ with hand picked Roy Cohns for the rest of his term.

yea....then when I went and did another Google search...the 120 came up..... Regardless, we can be stuck with tRumps lawyer for a very, very long time. No confirmation plan required,

and if he has formed any "dear friendships" -- ala Heinrich with Markwayne -- then he will get that vote. Otherwise, no other Democrats voting yes.

No telling on which Republicans -- Tillis, Markowski, Collins, Paul -- will vote no, but I am not sure there will be votes to spare for vulnerable Senators to vote No and not make a difference.

He is really a bad nomination, though we don't have any idea how long Trump will keep him as acting AG, but likely through the Midterms if he can get away with it to fuck with elections as much as possible.
