So, even as a 'member', I guess I have to expect malware from the DU now.

This is the second time it requested me to allow downloads from 'The Democratic Underground' and 'some shady site that I have never heard of before'.

Is this how it is going to be from now on?

I came to the site, and after I logged in, I suddenly was faced with a new full screen that overrode the one I was on to ask me if I would allow downloads from the Democratic Underground as well as some other site that I have never seen or heard of before.

Look, if this is some of the usual 'selling of the soul to fund the day' situation, then I guess there is nothing to be done about it.

It would be nice to not have to deal with that level of intrusion from a site that has indicated in the past that it is against such behavior, however. Especially when one is a 'member'.
