11 Things That Make Introverts Happy

The ways that introverts go about their lives may seem confusing to the extroverts of the world.

People often wonder, “why are they so quiet” or “they must not like anybody.” However, neither of these thoughts is an accurate way to describe an introvert.

While an introvert's mind, heart, and soul strongly differ from an extrovert, all it takes is some education and understanding to see what introverts love. In this article, we’ll explain just that.

By the end, you’ll have a better understanding of the things introverts love.

"Work" can include what one chooses to do at home, not for salary.

I could use a break. Closest friends are 50 miles away. Daughter is over 150 miles away.

Sure, I'm the most intelligent audience I could have (that's a joke).

Anyway, I converse with neat people here. Keeping some beers chilled for a potential break in the solitude, not including propane tank drivers and the CalFire "ready for wildfire" inspection team (due to revisit any day now)

Thoreau wrote a chapter entitled "Solitude". I am OK with most of the loner stuff, but not to extremes. Solitude is best for piano practice. It is a bit annoying to hear until pieces are mastered. I got an electronic piano when I was married, and my wife was working odd shifts as a nurse. Played through headphones.

I recently told her that and she was unaware of the setup. Proof that it worked!

Enjoy a healthy amount of solitude. Beer's chilled for breaks in it.
