wondering when the sky will open up on us. Tonight or tomorrow. Horses in or horses out. When to feed, lights on or lights off. My kind of weather, without the damage of course. I just put the harrow on the tractor to even things up in the dry lot but need to wait now.

Just to make sure the horses didn't chase them out to stand in the rain. Horses have choice to come and go from the barn. I just give them plenty of extra hay, and hope they'll stay in through the worst.

I had a tree totally pull out of the ground last night, and fall in front of one of the pasture gates.

almost always in front of something.

I thought we were supposed to be in the middle of this by now but all I see is maybe a haze to the West. Ahhh Kansas, ya never know.

My horses are all ancient, I have started to keep them in. One good tumble and it might mean curtains. I don't know what else to do. If I am there in the barn with them I will close it up tight but if I am not there it freaks them out so lower door closed, top open.

Mini-Donkeys, lol. They are so cute. I know almost nothing about them but I bet they are really special. You all take care!

I hope the tree cleans up quickly. Give your loves a treat from me. Carrots? Apples? Awww, they are all just loves even the not so nice ones.

We moved them to the big barn/pastures with the horses, so they're not rooming with the goats. Two of the 3 horses are also minis. The 2-yr old we adopted is hell on hooves!

Goats. I had two dwarf goats and I really still can hardly stand that they died, both in my arms, one after the other. It was horrible i loved them so. We walked all over the farm every day, so much land to cover but they had SO much fun and then so did I. I am aging out of this rapidly so my 3 horses will be the end. Not sure what to do with myself after that. ENJOY and thanks for sharing.
