a hotel, a football field for Berea High School, a new Rec Center for Berea and several other buildings. Down the road is this giant new stadium…much of this funded with taxpayer money. It is totally ridiculous. Berea plays at the Baldwin Wallace University Stadium that is right next to the high school.

to take that very dumb and awful Watson contract (5 years at $46M/yr, fully guaranteed) and push off as much of the salary cap hit as possible by maximally restructuring each year with as many void years as allowed... in order to create cap space which they used to try to "win now" each year only to suck ass anyway. As a result, even though this season is the 5th and final year of the Watson mistake from a cash payment standpoint, they will have only accounted for ~3/5ths of it on their cap. They are gonna have about $90M in dead money for Watson after 2026.
