Check out https://es.vaccines.gov ... the first couple of articles look normal, but most of rest of the site ... is NSFW. And it is clearly an AI generated site.

Of course it may be all gone by the time you see this. Who knows how long they'll take to bring it down.

Btw the actual Spanish language site is https://www.vaccines.gov/es/ which was not hacked.
