Yes, it does always come down to the individual using the gun, but the sheer availability here makes the difference.

(4,092 posts)So, why are there mass shootings in countries where guns are banned? How about knife attacks? Vehicle attacks? Arson? It's the HUMAN problem, not an item that has no free will or movement. If guns were completely made to disappear off the planet, mass killings would still take place, correct???
