Hopefully heading in the right direction.

I don't subscribe to the idea that laws targeting crime prevention are very effective.
In some ways, they are counterproductive.

Most Americans haven't a clue that in no other country do ordinary citizens go around armed to the teeth, and then randomly start shooting people.

So, why are there mass shootings in countries where guns are banned? How about knife attacks? Vehicle attacks? Arson? It's the HUMAN problem, not an item that has no free will or movement. If guns were completely made to disappear off the planet, mass killings would still take place, correct???
