Over the next two weeks, SCOTUS is hearing three religious supremacy cases — cases backed by Jonathan Mitchell (think, Texas's S.B. 8), the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty (think, Hobby Lobby), and Alliance Defending Freedom (think, 303 Creative and mifepristone).
Do not sleep on these cases.
