Chinese: Stir fry beef with broccoli.

First, though, wonton soup.

Kombucha, unflavored.

Dessert: apple strudel with mascarpone. Decaf coffee.

It’s actually Gardein, but legit in my book. Threw in tatties, carrots, celery, green splits, and some wild rice. It's bubbling away in my IP, and smells pretty good, if I do say so myself.

Just need to get off my arse and get some bread rising to go with it.

A bowl with layers of mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, gravy, and broccoli cheese casserole heated in the microwave.

Ducky, as is his job, licked the bowl clean.

Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, green pepper, cut cauliflower florets, sliced mushrooms, minced ginger and garlic. When done I added air-fried potato nuggets, cooked sweet peas and butter beans. Then I prepared a slurry of veggie broth and curry paste which I stirred into the veggie/potato mixture. Chopped scallion on top after plating. Cheers!🥂
