Cauliflower-cheddar cheese pie that I pulled out of the freezer. This pie is one of my favorite recipes from Mollie Katzen and it goes well with mango chutney. I just bought a new chutney from "Brooklyn Delhi." It's Major Grey's style.
Also a simple tossed green salad with spring mix, cucumber, onion, and celery. Vinaigrette.
Rice pudding and green grapes for dessert.
Out of kombucha,
so lemon water to drink.

Ps pork Ital sausage is everywhere, the sweet variety. Very rare to score hot Ital chx sausage.
There is something seriously wrong with TN. I lived in Chgo burbs 57 yrs & never once saw a grocery store out of anything. Ever.
Here, it's the norm. 😓

Vermont maple ham, salami, Vermont cheddar, tomatoes, hot pepper relish, Russian mustard, bit of mayo, basil, black pepper.
~Drink- Tomato juice with black pepper, celery seed and lemon
~No dessert

(1,830 posts)Air-fried the fillets and they always turn out great. For sides I made broccoli and mushrooms in mustard sauce and potato salad that I made this morning from red potatoes I boiled last night. Also made a small batch of fresh applesauce. Breyers Oat Milk vanilla ice cream for dessert. Cheers!🥂
