Some times I'm not too bright

I recipe newsletter made this suggestion, I already do this with chicken and other bird bones, put veggie scraps in a bag or container, freeze them until you want to make some vegetable stock. .

Started my bag the other day. I only have room for perhaps one or two liters of scraps but that should be enough for half to a liter of stock. And it will be low salt. that seems to be impossible to find in Munich, even through Amazon...
