Cottage cheese, green & black olives, artichokes, celery sticks.

Avocado toast.

3. Cottage cheese mixed with chopped red onion, cherry tomato, celery, and a radish;

cherry 🍒 turnover ( oops, one good, one bad); coffee with sweet cream creamer.

4. I'm in Nirvana right now. Finished the Thallium Stress Test.

First coffee in 48+ hours. Almost cried with joy.

And a pumpernickel bagel with Philly cream cheese and smoked salmon.

5. Got some morels and fiddlehead ferns at the farmers market

Pike Place.

Will sauté those and serve over scrambled eggs with toast. Excited!

6. Driving my tractor around the edge of my woods

and look what I found.

My wife Loretta found a few today too.

With what we found yesterday, we have enough for a big mess, along with a nice thick ribeye each.
