What's for Dinner, Wed., Apr. 16, 2025

I'm experimenting with a new cookbook from the library called Middle Eastern Feasts.

First up is almost entirely from my garden: Burrata, radish, and chive salad. I had to buy the sugar snap peas. It's a salad with lemon and olive oil as the dressing.

Warm pita bread with olive oil dip that has herbs mixed in.

Rainbow trout with tahini and pine nuts. Garlic, parsley, and a red chili.

Dessert will be cherry filled flake pastry cookies. Found these at Aldi. Decaf with cream.

leftover chicken, cubed, baked with onion, carrots, peas, celery, and turnip. And since there was some pie dough left over, a very small apple pie for dessert!
